What is Aerofit?
Aerofit Has 2 Goals: Fitness & Fun!Here at Aerofit we tackle both the challenge of fitness and fun at the same time, and we do it in a couple of ways.
SIX days a week we host instructed classes on our 16 (and 1 giant wall) custom built, interconnected trampolines. Each class aims to provide a solid cardio workout and help raise the body awareness level of our clients. While helping our clients to move more confidently and burn calories our second goal comes to life as it's an absolute blast to jump on trampolines. It's a low impact workout that is great for the body and will really get your heart rate up. For those looking to challenge their body to move in different ways our Saturn classes offers a focus on movement across the trampolines and on the wall. And don't worry if you're looking to work on that 6-pack while you're here every class has a core / abs section that will have you spending more time in front of your mirror. If you're also looking to build some muscle we've got that covered. We're a full service weightless gym in addition to our trampolines. We feature the use of TRX resistance training as our main strengthen tool as well as yoga balls, medicine balls, TRX ripstixs, kettle bells, and of course boxing bags. We offer full TRX classes as well as our Jupiter class which splits half your time on the trampolines and half strengthen on TRX and other equipment.
On weekends, and spaced throughout the weekdays, especially during the summertime, we shift gears and appeal to our Aerofit Kids! Those kids range from 4 years of age to 64 (seriously, we've had both and they all love it). For those 'kids' we offer multiple open jump sessions throughout the week and weekend. During open jump the trampolines are open for whatever you'd like to do (as long as you follow the rules!). You can come and jump in one square and chat with a friend while your kids...well let's be honest its 16 trampolines and a big wall, they go crazy and have a blast...and most of us can't keep up with them anyway.
If you'd like a little more private time we offer birthday parties (for any age) as well as summer camps (kids only---this time we mean actual kids, sorry old folks). For more info on either of those please check our the birthday or summer camp tabs.
What you need to bring:
- - Comfy workout clothes (preferably nothing loose)
- - Your feet (no shoes or socks on the trampolines)
- - A good attitude (if you don't have one we'll change that for you)
Venus (Cardio)True beauty is born in this class. Our beginner class (low to medium intensity) is a combination of semi-intense and constant movement to burn the muscle in a way that will continue after the workout. This class focuses less on movement around our trampoline area and more on constant movement in your own personal trampoline to keep the heart rate high and burn calories. This class is great for beginners who want to familiarize their body with the trampolines and see what trampoline fitness is all about. But don't worry you'll still burn upwards of 700 calories in a 45 minute class, and we, of course, will make sure to work in our core / abs section and arms toning as well. We've also been known partner up and toss our foam balls around, which sounds easier than it really is...but it sure it fun!
SaturnThe rings around the planet inspired this workout. It is very dynamic and you won't be in the same place for long. Moving constantly and scaling our wall is only the beginning. This moderate to advanced class (medium to high intensity) focuses on strong cardio, like our Venus class, but adds dynamic elements that will really challenge you to control your body...in many ways...in mid-air. If its moving from pad to pad or doing 360's into our giant wall that interests you, this is the class you'll want to eventually work towards joining. As always you'll find a killer core / ab section in this class. Our foam balls tend to make appearances in this class also, but they are used in different and challenging ways. Come fly with us in a Saturn class, when you're ready.
Personal TrainingWant the whole place to yourself? We can make that happen. Our personal training sessions are custom fit for you and your needs (ok wants too)! You choice of instructor will custom build a workout program to get you fit and make sure you have a great time. Just want intense cardio on the trampoline, we got it. Want to ninja run on the wall trampoline plus use the TRX and punching bag, no problem. Even if you want a class just to work on aerial tumbling, we've got you. JupiterTrampolines aren't the best place to build big bulky muscles and we know that. However we created a class that will increase your strength, top to bottom. We'll use the ropes and the TRX to make sure you walk out of here sore. Your stabilizing muscles as well as the big groups will go in BEAST MODE - lift planets and stuff... For this class we start on the trampolines and move down to the TRX for the 2nd half of class. A monthly membership client favorite.
TRX CircuitAin't nobody got time for trampolines? That's fine with us, come get tough in our TRX circuit training classes. A mix of TRX, boxing and plyometrics in our first class weightless facility. Build muscle using body weight resistance training.
Vinyasa Flow YogaCurrently offered on Saturday at 1pm this class is open to all levels. Center your mind and body by flowing through basic sun salutations, beginner/intermediate standing poses, and core strengthening exercises. Finish your practice with stretching and breathing practices, followed by a rejuvenating rest period.

Birthdays & Summer Camp
Birthday PartiesKids + Trampolines = Party Time. If it so happens that's on someones birthday, even better.
How does it work?
When you reserve a birthday party with us you are reserving our entire gym just for you, your friends an family. Each birthday party lasts 1 hour and 45 minutes. 1 hours and 20 minutes on the trampolines, 20 minutes in our birthday party room for cake, pizza, presents and fun, and the last 5 minutes to help us do a quick clean up. While on the trampolines the kids have access to any of our balls and toys already on the trampolines. While not a guarantee (but more often than not), a few of our Aerofit instructors have been know to hop on the trampolines with the kids and play dodgeball and even show the kids some cool things they can learn on the trampolines and wall.
How many people can join my Party?
Birthday Parties are limited to 15 kids (and we usually don't mind if a few parents hop on too).
What is the cost for the birthday party?
$180.00 (this includes an upfront $50 non-refundable deposit made at the time of the party reservation).
Do all the kids need to have signed wavier forms?
Yes. You may download our waivers here. The person setting up the party will need to fill out 1 birthday party waiver and each child attending the party will need a Minor Waiver (multiple children in the same family can all go on one waiver - No waiver needed if a child already has one on file at Aerofit). You can provide the minor waivers to the parents to sign, fill out and bring to the party. Or we'll have some at our front desk when the kids are dropped off if the parents don't have time to fill it out beforehand.
Do you have package deals with cake, drink, and pizza?
Yes and No. We don't currently, but we're ready to put it in place if parents would find it useful. In the meantime, if you need help with anything let us know and we'll help take care of it for you.

Summer CampsIf you want your kids to have a great time jumping on our trampolines, getting better at moving their bodies in space and learning about a healthy, balanced lifestyle our Summer Camp is the best place to start! Be the first ones to ever try a Summer Camp at a Trampoline Fitness Center.
What are the kids going to do?
We have a structured small group (10-12 kids) that will cycle through a fun and challenging trampoline workout (where they will bounce, climb, learn to flip, race and coordinate dodgeball teams), outdoors playtime, art sessions and lessons about proper health at an early age
What times and dates are you offering?
Camps will be 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 12pm
